I want to go for a legen title with the new event quest coming up. I see a lot of people use a 5 star champ at rank 4 to get through the fights faster. Is if possible to clear heroic and master quick enough with four star champs at rank 5 quick enough for a legends title

Short answer: No

With challenger rating against you and less damage output you won't get it using a 4*. Save your units and energy
