Rogue' energy attack doesn't scale with Prowess

With special 1 attack, Rogue deals an energy damage and heals the same amount of damage dealt. While prowess enhances the other attacks (she indeed landed a 20k critical hit with her final punch of sp1), the energy damage doesn't scale, not allowing her to benefit from the Prowess buff. This issue happened in Incursions.

I encountered this as well, but prowess wasn't even processing on other sp1 hits. This occurred in Cavalier difficulty September EQ in chapter 3.1 where mutant champs gain a prowess buff when activating an sp attack and purifying a bleed debuff. Even with 20 stacks of prowess there was no change in sp1 damage.

I'm wondering what's goin' on. Why Rogue cannot benefit from Prowess?

Unless otherwise stated, prowess doesn't increase the potency of auxillary damage nor any DoT effects that comes as a result of the special attack.
