IF someone placed Hyperion in bg 1 and some other place Hyperion in bg 2, will it be also not counted for defender diversity?

As long as they aren't placed in the same bg then you can place duplicate champs and still maintain perfect diversity. So hyp in bg1 and hyp in bg2 is ok.
