Above is the image attached.
Since the 4 week event, that unfold one in a week, is less rewarding than the mole man quest(which is a bad move because the game isn't running slow, it gets faster and more progressive every month), the only reason i understand is this image above.
What extra rewards are being given away? Exactly how much?
