Can we see the buff lists?

Kabam have said that they have sorted all of the champions in game in to different sections depending on how balanced they are seen to be and will be buffed accordingly. This is really good news and I am looking forward to see what comes in the futures.
However, would it be possible for us - the player base - to see this list to make sure that there is a general agreement on which champions belong where. This will also allow champions that have been placed as too good to get the attention that they require and to make sure that if any champions have been player as worse than they are, time won’t be wasted on them.
