Which FIVE star to awaken!?

So as one should, I took advantage of the July deals for uncollected and pulled a science awakening gem. I wanted y'alls input on who I should use it on or whether I should save it.

I only have a few science five stars which include, Gladiator Hulk, She-Hulk, Mr. Fantastic. I have others like spiderman, yellow jacket, antman and cap America but I knoe theyre not worth it.
I have enough sig stones to get whoever I awaken up to sig 100, im leaning toward glad hulk but i want some opinions.

    Save it, none of those really need a AG. GULK really don't need it.

    Void, Beardo (CAP Infinity war), Thing, for example.

    She Hulk gets a very nice upgrade if awakened actually ... she's one of my favorite champs.
