Uncollected EQ help

I'm struggling with the languor node in the final chapter of the uncollected eq. I've tried the doom fight twice and gotten destroyed by it. I'm looking for tips or an easy way to counter.

HT, with flame on, should easily take him down

Also fight some duels against Doom to improve evading his specials, if you are taking hits from it
