AA Neurotoxicin debuff not working as a stand alone in Canadian difficulty true patriot mystic path

Only bleeds and poisons work and neurotoxin sometimes trigger with them. The node states any three debuffs should work. As you can see in the screen shot I have 7 neurotoxin debuffs on longshot and he is taking zero damage.

    Neurotoxin is a passive effect, only active ones are debuffs (the ones with the white circle around them)

    Neurotoxin isnt a debuff, unless they're debuff immune
