After throwing an sp3, Dormammu continues to gain dark energy as if the dimensional link was still active after it expires, for the entire rest of fight. I should add that the regen does not last.
While this is definitely a bug, I'd recommend you check it out for yourself before it gets patched because it makes him kinda insane. Also if you do you could potentially record it and then post it here that'd be very helpful.
