so I bough the star lord unit pack thing and didnt get my units i have the purchased history of me buying it

in game, press the gear/cog icon in the top left. the support button should be there

kabam pulls lots of shady stuff, but they aren't scammers. Contact support

Also have you tried restarting the game yet?
