**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

My thoughts about Canadian difficulty

After this first couple of weeks of the Canadian difficulty side quest, i feel confident to say that it's going in the right direction, with a slow but steady ramp up in difficulty, which i think will continue with Herald difficulty next month.

HP and Attack values are on point and nodes are, at least for the majority of the quests, not too niche* and that allows us to bring at least one or two champions that we like (alongside with one counter to a particular character in the path and/or for big furry boy Sasquatch).

And talking about Sasquatch, the epicentre of the complaining on this forum, i think that he's a good way to test whether or not you're ready for Cavalier difficulty. Besides his huge health value and his medium length "rage phase" (i'm italian** so i don't know the english name, here is "Collera di Tanaraq"), he's not so prohibitive.

Something that clearly helps us is the global node, which rewards us for staying alive reducing opponents' armor rating and allowing us to do big damage. I really like this kind of nodes.

*about niche nodes i was worried for example for caustic temper, but thanks to the global node i was able to do it with a little 4/40 4 star medusa. this kind of nodes will probably be a pain if the attack values ramp up too much in the next weeks

**sorry for my english grammar, but i think i can someway make myself understood :-)

I'm concluding here my little analysis, feel free to write your opinion and to tell me in which parts do you agree with me and where you think i'm missing the point. Just try to keep the thread constructive and not toxic
Thanks in advance and have a good game (and life  )

Your grammar's great, dude. Highly understandable. I also completely agree. The nodes weren't too niche, but make you use champs you may not have ranked up. Breakthrough is a great way to make sure using those low champs isn't going to be too punishing and Sasquatch is a good challenge for people going in too early. Then there are the fun paths with cool node combinations that are awesome. I kinda love Canadian difficulty, ngl.
