My entire alliance didn’t recieve AQ rewards

We still don’t recieve AQ rewards, only the honor rewards appears on mail

Hey ther, if you still haven't received those rewards, I would recommend getting in with our Support Team by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the game's home screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
