Incursion Crystal Requirement Issue

Dear Kabam,

First off, I see a ton of people complaining about allot of things and I just want to say thank you for making my favorite game of all time!

I have noticed your distinct effort recently (with the dev diary and other things) to make the game substantially more player friendly and I have noticed one area I feel like has been over looked. I know incursions aren't everyone's favorite game mode but I personally love them (largely due to my 4* corvus being my highest pi champ haha) and play them often. Recently I have become less interested in them as I have outgrown 4* champs but don't meet the requirements you have set for 5* rewards.

As a player who only recently got to uncollected and only has four 5* champs I find that it is WAY too hard to qualify for the 5* hero crystal or the 5* incursion crystals in the store. I think towards the future and progressing to more content (which is obviously what keeps players hooked to the game) yet this is a huge stumbling block for me. If I am willing to grind at the lower sectors with less rewards to earn the incursion artifacts necessary (which takes awhile) why should I not be able to spend them on the crystals that will help me further my roster? I understand you not wanting the incursion store to be an easy way for players to speed to their first 5* champ, but SIXTEEN 5* champs as a pre-req to open a crystal that has as much chance to get rhino as it does to get doom? I absolutely love the thought of paying more artifacts for the crystal that has ten specific champs, but even if you let me meet the requirements, it is still up to rng if it'll help further my roster, it won't break the game and make players too good (especially with the crystal purchase limit). I really wanted to get the new feature 5* crystal, but i chose against it (and got original black panther from the basic crystal) because I needed to raise my number of 5*s just for the incursion store.

This requirement is outdated and hurts my roster, maybe only make it available to uncollected or above or people who have 1 or 3 5*s? But 16 is too many. What would you suggest I spend my hard earned artifacts on? If I can beat the collector without using a single unit and only like 6 solo revives I feel like my roster is ready to move on to 5*s.

Thank you for your time, please let me know your opinions. I know you guys are making changes to the incursion store already, please make this part of it. If one of the developers has a reason for these requirements that I am missing, please let me know. Thank you again.

    Great job getting uncollected with 3 5 stars! I think that the reason there is a 5 star requirement is that they want people with more developed rosters to be able to get great champs. Without the requirements a person on act 1 could get a 5* just by grinding on Incursions for a month or two.

    Thank you! And yes, maybe I should’ve been more clear, i don’t have a problem with having requirements i totally get it. My issue is that the requirements are way too much. I think the retirements should be you have to be uncollected or have like 3 5*s. It takes AWHILE to grind out 27,000 incursion artifacts, especially at low levels, and you still aren’t even close to guaranteed a good champ, so i don’t see it as breaking the game or making it too easy.
