AQ Glory Rank Rewards

I know there was a delay in all alliance events and quest awards, so I thought that this would clear up by today. After last weekend's AQ series, I received Glory peak rewards, but not rank rewards. I asked my alliance mates if they got the rank rewards. They have all gotten them. Does anyone else have this problem right now?
