Where to get Incursion points/score according to zone/sector?

Anybody knows where I can get info on how many points do we score for each Incursion zone?
For example how many point do we get for each zone in sector 4. Are the points different according to the zones? Like sector 4, zone 1 is 100 points, zone 2 is 120 points.
Or are they all the same for the same sector? Like sector 4 zone 1 is 100 points, zone 2 is 100 points as well.
Reason I'm asking is because I just got promoted to Tier 2 and I find sector 6 too difficult for me.
Doing sector 4 won't give me top zone reward but does give sector score.
Trying to determine should I grind sector 4 or sector 5 based on my available champs.
Any input would be helpful.
