Anyone experiencing map problems?

So, I'm on the have you seen my dog quest, on hard, on the final map with Kingpin. I've completed all of it except for one leg which it keeps making me bypass (see pic.)
. Anybody else ram into this? Anyone know how to fix it?

You have to go thru kingpin to sim then up to Cyclops, the dashes flow in the direction you can travel
