Stability Issues Update: July 23rd 2020 - Delaying Alliance Wars, Sasquatch Arena & Events [UPDATED]

Summoners,

Over the last couple of days, the Contest has been encountering problems with our infrastructure that has caused issues with game stability, resulting in unscheduled downtimes, and other negative effects in-game.

While we have worked diligently to resolve the cause of the instability, these issues still persist, and likely will for at least a few days. As a result, we will have to take some actions to prevent further issues from occurring:

• The Sasquatch Arenas will be delayed until the stability issues are resolved
  
• New Solo and Alliance Events will not be available.
  

Additionally, we are investigating the issue with Alliance War Matchmaking that resulted in many Alliance not receiving a match yesterday and will update you all as soon as we have more information, or have reached a conclusion.

Please note, there may still be some further issues that occur or more intermittent service interruptions.

This has not been an easy time for our Summoners, or our game team. We understand the impact that it has had, and we pledge that once we have this issue resolved, we will make it right for our Summoners and determine appropriate Compensation.

Update Regarding Alliance Wars: Due to these stability issues, a number of Alliances did not receive a Match during the last Matchmaking Period.

To ensure that we keep the Alliance War Season a level playing field, we will be canceling the 7th War of Alliance War Season 19 (the one that would be entering attack phase soon). We will also be reducing the number of wars required to be eligible for Season Rewards from 5 to 4.
