AW Matchmaking really sucks

Dearest Kabam, yes I have read all about AW and how we can get matched with weak alliance or vastly stronger. We have been matched every war with stronger and stronger alliances. First it was 2x our rating of 3mil, last time we were matched with a 16 mil. We keep losing obviously but I thought you all were at least going to make them close... can you please improve your system. Geeze it is just software for goodness sakes!
