Not receiving aq rewards

Our ally still haven't received any aq peak rewards or rank rewards.....we got the honor rewards....but still haven't received the other two

AQ rewards eventually came for us but were way later than normal, we usually get them at like 5:30 p.m est but got them about 8 p.m
