    Is so that Ebony Maw can nullify it can get a charge for his ability

    Grants the "OPPONENT". This give them a buff that Ebony can then nullify, completing his mission and degenning them.

    its good to give them fury that DOESNT increase their attack. Why would u want it above 0%?
