No Attack Value Changes for Act 6 ??

Hope someone from Kabam can answer this. What phase will the attack values be decrease as stated in the road map, i'm asking this because even thou the champion fight was a pain i was looking more forward for the attack values being decrease to complete act 6. The Champion fight is a huge pain point but i feel the attack values are even worst when you have a normal fight with 10k plus attack.
