Who to focus on ranking up for end game content (Act 6 + Variants + LOL)

Please note I am Cavalier and have already have the following:
6* R2 Domino (unawakened)
5* R5 Spidey Stark (awakened)
5* R5 Cap America IW (awakened)
5* R5 Medusa (awakened)
5* R5 Ghost Rider (awakened)
5* R5 Nick Fury (awakened)
I am leaning towards someone with some utility and double immunity (i.e. 6* Guillotine 2099), but am open to suggestions from players who are more advanced than me. Also open to ranking up for synergy benefits with my existing maxed out champs.
Please do not vote and leave a comment if I should wait to awaken one of the unawakened champs first if if I should hold out until I get another particular champ (and if that champ needs to be awakened). Thanks!
