My problem is that I have a strong ally. But can't find reliable members. I wanted to run an ally which is very much organized and I am ready to spend my time to organize ally. My problems is that 1) I can't find good members for my ally. Global chat is full of toxic. And it is not a good place to bring members. Forums is so slow that by the time you find members, maybe ur interest in running an ally will be over. Recruit rooms in line is also not a good place for me personally because in that you can rarely find any members there. So where can I find strong members. And please don't tell me to be patient, I have waited for several days
