6.2.2 Mr. Sinister question

For those of you who have beaten 6.2.2 Mr. Sinister, would a R4 (would be willing to R5) Guilly 2099 with Hiemdall and Hela synergy and go full power burn mode (pre-fight and only use SP1) work to take him down? I could ramp her up before that fight.

    gladiator hulk if you have him he can solo as i used him to 100% 6.2.2
