The line app?

Pardon my computer dumbness, but everybody talks about the line app like it is obvious where to get it. Well I don't have a clue. Is it at Google play store? If so, what name do I look it up by? Embarrassing as it is, I lead an alliance but have no clue where to get the line app.

    Google play store and search “line” should come up? Not 100% if available on Android but I believe so
