Why is Dexterity getting punished in AW?

Why should that be included in Stubborn? What's the gain out of Dexterity when you specifically targeted Attackers who can 'Evade&Miss' so why punish Dexterity??

More or less your giving at least 1 indestructible charge per fight for no reason.

Seriously Kabam Logic sometimes isn't very Logical but..... let's finish it there

    They almost made a node combination were you get punished for even lasting longer than a minute
