Chill player looking for alliance

in Alliance Recruitment and Incursions Matchmaking
I have just recently returned to playing the game actively instead of just logging on to get rewards. I play roughly 2 hours every evening and anywhere up to 5 hours on the weekend. I am looking for an alliance that are competing in alliance quest and war but to a low standard and won't kick me if i have to sit out of 1 or 2 quests. I have 400k rating and 4.5k prestige.
