Act 6.2.3 MODOK: gains faster Force Field??

He supposed to get it back after 7 seconds but it looks like he gets it back within 4-5 seconds.
Very annoying I'll say so myself.

Definitely a bug right?

I guess the force field recharges faster for each champ on alive on the attacker’s team
