AW season - kicked from alliance before I get rewards

Is it possible to get my rewards? I was in gold 1 alliance . I was kicked probably because don't use my line app after my phone crashed, I finished season in my brother phone .

nope, you have to be in the alliance when awards come out, they will not do anything because this is an alliance issue.

Tbh our alliance should have received season 19 rewards several hours ago and I had no idea you would get kicked before rewards. This is Frontier btw from the alliance that kicked you. I'm so sorry man it wasn't my decision. There's still hope that Kabam will give you rewards because you should have gotten them when you were still part of our alliance. Good luck.

This situation put us in an uncomfortable situation as we recruited one player from Australia and if he wasn’t in before bedtime he wouldn’t be in for AQ. We try to find different options to avoid doing this decision. Really pisses me that some alliance got their stuff on time and we didn’t. I’ll continue putting the effort to help you get them.
