New Fighting AI

Has anyone else noticed the AI is different and playing a lot more passive and bs, one was just standing there and I went to hit him and he parried me this happened 2 times yesterday! Also they’ll just slowly walk to you and not throw their specials as willingly, I think this is was a dirty move by kabam and would like some answers or explanation of why they changed it.
