Willpower Healing with no Debuff

Playing on iPhone 8, latest update, against the Boss Rush Cull Obsidian using Doom, and I was getting willpower healing without having a Debuff. Perhaps it’s an interaction with the nodes and Doom’s armor break immunity? If anyone knows what’s happening, feel free to enlighten me.

IIRC there is a node where it reduces the chance to nullify buffs

That node has been bugged for a while

It use to not have a % value for a bit then once it had a % value it started not showing the debuff it places on you
