Seeking Abyss advice part 2...Mastery setup?

First off, thanks to the guys that helped out in picking my team and best path to take in my previous post.
My team - 6s 2/35 unduped Doom, 5/65 sig40 Nick Fury, 5/65 sig120 Aegon, 5/65 sig200 void, 4/55 sig20 Heimdall.
My path - the typical path 1 as seen in most abyss maps.
So what would be an ideal mastery setup? I am hoping it is not suicide...I still do not have them unlocked and am just not a fan of them. Do I have to change it in the middle of it?
