Slight Taskmaster Rework Idea

Couple suggestions to make Taskmaster better:
1. Increased damage per debuff should be a passive effect, not exclusively to specials
2. Exploit Weakness potency should be increased by 1% for every percent the opponent's ability accuracy is reduced. Also not exclusively to special attacks, but rather a passive effect.
3. Hitting the opponent during the exploit weakness timer (the red one when you exploit a weakness) should grant the auto-block/evade bypass (if it doesn't already, I can never tell).
4. Maybe give him access to a vigilance buff? Idk about this one.
I hope no one else has already posted these ideas or I will look like a hack.
