Hulkbuster bug?

recently found that hulkbuster is not breaking block/ defense in AQ map 5 facing tech doom robot when opponent is blocking. would like to understand if i missed anything or this is a bug.

Hmm, it looks like the attacker has -50% offensive ability accuracy during specials, that could have caused your block break power drain to fail to activate?
