AW season 19 rewards payout

It's been a 3 days since AW season ended. But my alliance didn't get any rewards yet. We played whole season but don't know what's the problem is with rewards payout. We are in G3 bracket and other G3 bracket's alliance has gotten their rewards but not us

    @Bhanu_3000 My advice, send in a Support Ticket ASAP. Hit the link below or you can do it in game by hitting the Gear icon in the upper left corner of the home screen, and then hit the Green Support button. Fill out the appropriate fields and someone will get back to you. Be sure to explain that it was the entire Alliance that hasn't received AW Season 19 rewards and include the full name and Alliance Tag. Best wishes on getting those rewards quickly.

    I have sent the ticket. They said they will respond in 24 hours but they didn't.
