Sound Effect Audio Bugged

It seems like the sound effect audio is bugged since the update. After an initial combo to start a fight, some hits don't fire like they used to and it feels like you're whiffing when actually landing hits. It's throwing me off in game. Anyone else notice this or am I just crazy?

    I have the issue where sound effects on hits / blocks sound clipped or off-sync!
