AQ bug

Hey guys,
Please listen to this and help me plz...
I also want to know anyone else having same problem...
Since the last update, it's happening in AQ... When I click on fight button game gets stuck and the loading screen doesn't come at all... And timer finishes itself... And this happen shown in the picture... And my champ loses 50% health...
I haven't joined off season aw or may be it will happen there too... If it happens in aw too then I am done...
Sorry I couldn't record the video.i will upload the video too if I manage to record it..
Everything else is working fine...
Plz help me with this guys...

This happens to me at least twice a day in aq. Very frustrating! Only has happened once in aw.
