Why is it he doesn't convert the debuff?
Clearly a bug.
Am I gonna wait forever for this fix because he isn't a popular champ?
I hate double standard, if that happens.

    He needs to gain the charge upon being inflicted with the debuff, in order to purify.
    This ability has -70% chance to not work against mutant champions

    And in addition to what will-o stated at the 29 second mark he gets a charge for the degen, and a second later purifies it showing it does work.
