New champ abilities suggestions

ok so this isn't an actual champion spotlight but one i created before:
Professor X class: mutant
Buffs: Mind breakthrough: Professor X is in Mind breakthrough mode, granting multiple effects.
Note: When an effect ends, activate the next effect.
Effect 1: Power gain: Gain 2 bars of power over 10 seconds.
Effect 2: Fury: Gain +150 attack rating for 10 seconds.
Effect 3: Armor: Opponent deals -30% for 10 seconds.
Effect 4: Regeneration: Regenerate 20% health over 10 seconds.
Note: After Effect 4, put all of professor X's abilities in cooldown for 15 seconds.

Concentration: This champion may have guaranteed crits for 20 seconds at the start of the fight.
Inverted controls: The opponent cannot evade, heal, become unstoppable, land crits, gain power, gain armor, or deal more than 5% damage for 20 seconds at the start of the fight.
Reverse controls: Swiping forward causes dashing back and dashing back causes dashing forward. Place this on opponent during sp 1 and for 2.5 seconds after special 1.
Telepathic overcharge: Gain this after effect after cooldown; Professor X is in Telepathic overcharge mode, granting multiple effects.
Effect 1: Falter: All of opponent's hits miss for 10 seconds.
Effect 2: Evade: 50% chance to evade for 10 seconds.
Effect 3: Mental blocks: Opponent cannot land a crit for 10 seconds.
Effect 4: X-gene upgrade: Professor X's special attacks may do +10% damage via Prowess for 10 seconds.
Note: After effect 4 expiry, gain 5 permanent Prowess buffs, each increasing special attack damage by 10%. Prowess buffs build up after every 10 seconds. Max Prowess buffs: 15.
Synergies:
Enemies: Magneto, Apocalypse, Sabertooth, Mr Sinister.
Professor X: Start the fight with 3 permanent Fury buffs, each increasing attack rating by 10%. Others: Gain 5 permanent Cruelty buffs, each increasing critical damage by 15%.
Friends: Wolverine, X-23, Nightcrawler, Colossus, Magik, Phoenix, Ice-man, Rogue.
All: Gain 1 bar of power every 20 seconds.
New mutants: Magik, Sunspot, Warlock.
Professor X: Gain + 75% Block proficiency.
Others: Gain 1 permanent Precision buff, increasing crit chance by 20%.
My own worst enemy: Magneto:
Both: + 30% Physical resistance.
X-Factor: Cyclops, Ice-man, Beast, Archangel, Phoenix.
All: Special 1 is unblockable.
Special 1: Mental blast:
If struck into block, Professor X is unblockable for the next 10 seconds.
If he directly lands the final hit, place inverted controls on the opponent for 10 seconds.
Inflict a 15 second heal block debuff on the opponent if he lands any hit.
Trigger reverse controls lasting the entire special attack and 2.5 seconds after.
Special 2: Psychic overload
If he lands the last hit, gain 3 stacks of Cruelty, each increasing crit rating by 10%.
Special 2 is unblockable.
Special 3: Illusion of Death
Gain 5 Prowess buffs, each increasing special attack damage by 10% and expiring, one by one after 10 seconds.
Signature ability: Telepathic override
With every 1 sig level, add 1% extra profficiency to Prowess and Power gain.

that is way too overpowered. He would walk through all content. That is 1.25 bars of power every 5 seconds without doing any hits.

To be honest pretty much ever ability is overpowered. Locked out of pretty much everything at the start of the fight for 20 seconds, while he gets massive bonuses during the same time.. The extra damage from the prowess and extra powergain
