Why only 1 champ in beta should have both magnetos in there to get sorted out, or ones getting a buff and other is on the back burner?

They both are in beta, just red got leaked early so the embargo against releasing his gameplay has been lifted, since white has not been leaked the embargo is still in place, and you will see him at the end of the month.

@Lormif when ya see bucket loads vids of 1 magneto and not the other and i dont spend all day in here reading so was a reasonable assumption, doesnt require a tossa response
