    Don't hit him during that timer. That's the only way as far as I know.

    His gas attacks are disabled when his helmet is cracked (armor break) so use corvus to parry him or cmm or another champ with frequent armor break and you’re golden. There something about spider champs and knockdown I think too but I always armor break.

    Otherwise yeah you gotta wait out the gas timer.

    you can also use a spider verse champ and knock him down. you got it on the head lol

    Knocking him down/armour break won't prevent it completely - this just stops him generating more Gas to extend the duration. The Reflect Damage still works, just over a shorter period.

    I'm pretty sure that Awakened Luke Cage and CMM can ignore the damage whilst they're Indestructible. Tricky to catch that window for Luke, mind you.

    Invisible Woman can reduce it with her Force Field, and Thing should reduce it with Protection.

    Anyone know if it triggers Ghulk's Face Me ability?
