AW rewards claimed but not reflecting

Dear Kabam. Before the last AW that was fought I had 1940 4 star shards in my possession. After the alliance war defeat I was awarded with 133 4 star shards and upon claiming the rewards my 4 star shards have actually decreased to 1933 shards? How is this possible? Please investigate.
I took note of how many shards I had before the AW started cos I knew that if i pulled a 3 star crystal i would be 5 shards away from opening a new 4 star crystal. I have not pulled a 3* crystal and hence was still sitting on 1940 4 star shards. Please explain this and how it has happened. I am very disappointed and been growing more and more frustrated with how this game is being run.
I do not have any screenshots of this but surely you can check this on your side with all your fancy computer programming stuff and see exactly what happened.
