Failure to launch MCOC

This is a new one for me, any suggestion ?
When I launch the game, the Marvel logo appears then the game closes instantly.
I tried several times.

And how do I ask for support without using the in game option ?

OK, tried to un-instal and instal, it solved the problem.
Funny it was very sudden, as I played a couple minutes before it happened.
