Game gone frustrating

The game turns out to be too frustrating after the 1st month or so. They'll make you literally cry to get 4-tier catalysts(you can't even buy them even if you have the units and spare gold, unless a special offer mentions the catalysts you want of ehich chances are rare). I've opened 100s of premium crystals in past few days and got zilch, not a single 3-star hero leave alone 4-starred ones. It has become a real test of patience and they want you to make this game your priority over your life if you want to move other, otherwise, unfortunately like me, you'll be forced to delete it. Game is great to start with, to make enthrall you into it, only to leave you frustrated at the end.
