Duel Mode with Custom Nodes/Buffs

Hi Kabam,
It would be great if we can use the duel function and select a custom node/buffs (1 or more) that can be applied to the target opponent. This way we can test out our skills along with our ability to practice taking out specific champ with nodes/buffs applied before he hit up content from the game. (AQ/AW/Events/etc.)
Has Kabam thought of implementing something like this? Thank you!
