Enemies not being removed from Map

in Bugs and Known Issues
Hi all i was under the impression that the issue with enemies not being removed after being defeated had been fixed but i have had it happen to me twice today once in act 5 and once in the event quest final mission
Samsung s7 edge
SM-G935W8
Android OS 7.0

    happened again this time against dpx in 5.2.4

    THANK YOU...my wife told me I was nuts since I had this happen several times to me where I'd fight the same champion again after just defeating them. Then, she experienced it for the first time yesterday.
