AQ map 7 What's yours is mine bugged

Using Cap IW on what's yours is mine (apply a weakness or 75% reduced damage) and it isn't working appropriately. Parry curse modifier. Weakness isn't removing damage reduction and it's causing much more than 75% reduction as well.

No pacify mastery. That weakness was applied by parrying the last hit of her sp1 then used 1 hit and sp2.
Sometimes the weakness triggers the node, other times it doesn't.

Realizing now that its the fury you gain that matters and not the weakness itself. My question still stands tho. Why is this special only inflicting 439 damage when it should be normal + an increase from the fury?
