Beta Invites Missing

Sorry if I'm late to the party, but I have fully explored act 6, but haven't gotten a beta invite, and people who have completed 6.1 have gotten an invite. So, where's my invite? Is this a bug? Please don't tell me that beta testers are 'randomly' selected.
