Problem encountered:
When using a special with vision (used special one and special 2) the charges are reset but the power passive debuffs on me are NOT removed
In the text of the node this is writen:
When any charge reached 0 the, attackers combat power rate decreases over time UNTIL charges are reset.
The way I read it ... is that the power rare decrease is also reset.
