Can’t use 5* R3 to R4 2017 Generic Gem

I’m trying to use one of the generic 5* rank up gems I got from the new variant to take my hood from R3 to R4 but because I have a mystic gem it wants to default to that and I have no option to use the generic gem. I think there should be an option on what I want to use because using a 2017 gem on hood is much more preferred then using the mystic gem, for any year champ, that I can save for new mystics I pull in the future.

    It seems if you have a class rank up gem it won't let you use the 2017 generic.

    Update: I used the mystic gem and sent a ticket to kabam and they were able to give me back the mystic gem and take the 2017 gem from my inventory. You have to use the gem on your champ first though and kabam is aware of this issue but dunno if it will be fixed so sounds like you need to submit a ticket whenever it is impacting you
